SG830 DC MPPT Booster Module — Solar DC-DC Power Converter

The SG830 DC MPPT Booster Module is a high-efficiency DC-DC power conversion module designed to integrate photovoltaic (PV) power into the DC bus of variable frequency drives (VFDs). By enabling hybrid PV-grid power supply, it significantly reduces mains electricity consumption in solar pump inverter and industrial motor drive systems.

The module supports both Boost and Buck operating modes, configurable via software, making it compatible with a wide range of PV array voltages (150–800VDC) and inverter DC bus voltages.

Connection

Power flows automatically from low-voltage side to high-voltage side; no reverse flow.
